We require a 2 to 3-foot-wide passage to transport our materials.

After purchasing your shed, a Lumbec representative will visit the site to determine the best positioning, leveling, and construction method based on your available space.

The installation of a shed usually takes one day.

Yes! As we are both a manufacturer and installer, we can build your shed according to your expectations and requirements.

Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty on any workmanship defects.

Ground preparation involves removing organic materials (such as sod and grass), laying dows a geotextile membrane, and compacting 3 to 4 inches of crushed stone.

We require a 35% deposit at the time of order. The remaining balance is payable upon project completion.
